Today, on Sunday, August 15, 2010, Dave Stewart finished the mixing and mastering of his new solo album "The Blackbird Studio Sessions" in Nashville. Dave Stewart announced on June 4, 2010, that he is “gonna make [a] new solo album of original songs” which is gonna be the “first in 12 years !!!” (after “SlyFi” in 1998). He said he is “doing it in Nashville in 4 weeks time“.
